Made while traveling

The following works have been made while traveling outside of my home in Thermopolis, WY.

I am equal parts fueled by being a deeply rooted home body and world traveler. It is always a great privilege to venture out and see the new places. During these experiences I find inspiration in connecting with others, immersing in local culture, and opening my mind and heart to the other ways of the world.

The ways I travel with my art has evolved since my first independent attempt to be a traveling artist in Guanajuato, México. With each trip my practice and materials are adapting to use different systems that influence my artist outcomes.
